Midshires Group is the new name for merged companies ‘Midland Vending Ltd’ and ‘Shires Vending Ltd’. Agora developed a new corporate identity and a range of benefit statements to convey the uniqueness of the business to its various audiences. Stationery, brochures, website, signage, van livery and a media relations programme have since been completed. Midshires Group has recently been acquired by Bunzl plc.
